Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may share with us:

  • Last four digits of your card
  • Card expiration date
  • Billing address

Your Content

We store the content you create, including:

  • Planning documents
  • Conversation history
  • Notes and other materials

Your content is yours. We access it only to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data to improve the Service:

  • Do not retain your content after processing

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, AI processing)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  • Remembering your preferences

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Preludio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

International Users

Preludio is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

We may update this policy. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
